Galatea acts as your agent with local service providers, supporting you until resolution. We locate the most appropriate service providers where you are located, from the Med Sea to the North Sea; while you relax.

We provide you a choice of service providers and our recommendations.
We will then we organize the service provider to visit your yacht.

We provide technical information about the fault so the service providers so they can come prepared. Once on-board we monitor the work and assist you and the service provider until problem is resolved.
